I cannot say enough about this companies great customer service. I ordered a T-shirt and it came in a very timely manner however it didn't fit. Contacted the company and they responded immediately and corrected my problem. I have never had such great customer service and I have been shopping longer than most of you have been alive. Love this company.

great designs shirts are a little thin some are not %100 cotton as I was led to believe
now I know what to look for I can avoid the manmade fabrics
Overall I am Happy that they are explaining how to avoid shirt colors that are manmade materials and they are sending out replacements as soon as I choose %100 percent cotton alternatives

Bought a woman’s XXL shirt & it fits more like a woman’s medium. Sizing is definitely WAY off.

The first T-shirt was the wrong one and was positioned too low on the T-shirt. The customer service people were great and I received the correct T-shirt within a few weeks. However it was not centered on the T-shirt which is very hard to look at when u notice things like that. I’m scared to try again but I do like their artists. And customer service. Just get a grip on the people that MAKE the items

I ordered on June 11th for Father's Day on June 20, within the worst case timeline for delivery. It's now June 29 and I just got word my product shipped today. You cannot blame USPS for this. This business model really must be made much more clear to consumers. I get the sense orders are held up for quantity needs, or waiting on stock to print on. It must be made much more clear to consumers that this is an order to PRINT, not to BUY, because it's night and day. No timeline is guaranteed on a print order. Just entirely disappointed with this experience.

The shipping company is UPS but they transfer to USPS for delivery. It's common for UPS to not get the item transferred in a timely manner.

Yes, that should not be a problem at all. My shirts arrived in less than one week with regular shipping.

I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Mine didn't shrink anymore than an average cotton t-shirt. I wear a XXL and after washing it still fits great.

No not at all, I hang dry. Sizes are very much true to size. I don't like tight fitting so I ordered a medium-fits perfect I am 5'1 98 lbs

They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Contact T Public directly. There's an email address on the website, they will exchange it (at least they did with mine, no hassle). You'll need to contact them on the website though, I think.
